It has been an exciting two weeks here at Slipshod press, and we've celebrated the relese of our second story both on Kindle and through our website! While Kindle stories can only be free temporarily as a promotion, this material will remain available for free through our website, both as a web page and a kindle-compatible epub file.

This is the first issue of the bi-weekly newsletter of Slipshod Press, a micropress based in North Carolina, USA. We are just starting to get set up and have just hit the milestone of publishing our first work on Amazon Kindle Direct! If you haven't had a chance to check it out, you can find Jackie's Puke Session by Brianna C. Martin here. It is a quite atypical work of erotica and is demonstrates exactly the kind of original perspective we hope to use our platform to amplify. It is also the first work in a series, so be sure to check back for future releases!

Who is Brianna C. Martin, author of Jackie's Puke Session? She likes to maintain an enigmatic air, but she is not a full-time writer or illustrator, as much as she enjoys to do these things in her spare time. Bri hopes that her work will pick at the edges of what her readers find erotic. Brianna believes that pushing those boundaries in safe directions can be fun and open up some challenging self-discovery. Bri herself likes to be challenged by her writing, imaginging characters and scenarios just a bit beyond her own comfort as well.

All of the work in Brianna's queue to date is set in the fictional town of Fallstaff, Mississippi. There is no place quite like Falstaff. It's a typical small town with an atypical libido, at least among those of its residents that Brianna focuses on in her fiction. We invite our readers to experience life through the lens of an omniscient narrator peering down into the most intimate parts of the lives of a diverse cast united by their thirst. It should be equal parts tittilating and disgusting!

Slipshod Press has been gathering steam for almost a year now, soliciting work from our initial roster of part-time authors, setting up a website and typesetting our first few stories. Now that they are finally ready for release we hope they will find their ways into the hands of curious readers ready to extend their idea of what erotica can be. We look forward to serving our customers and our creators.
